VIM: The Black Girl Collective is a curated social experiences brand creating elevated, intimate events for Black women to feel seen, celebrated and genuinely connected.
Founded in Manchester, VIM has grown into a UK-wide and expanding international community, hosting premium, thoughtfully designed experiences that centre connection, culture and shared moments.
Each event brings together a carefully curated group of women within private, aesthetically-led spaces, combining guided conversation, music, and a dressed-up, celebratory atmosphere. From signature socials and dinner parties to experience-led moments, every event is designed to feel intentional, high-quality and genuinely memorable.

Why It Matters:
There are still not enough spaces where Black women are prioritised, celebrated and truly seen, so we created our own.
VIM is rooted in the belief that connection should feel intentional, environments should feel considered, and every woman in the room should feel valued.
We are not waiting to be invited. We choose each other, set the tone, and show up with purpose, every single time.

Hey, I’m Ruwaydah, content creator, presenter and founder of
VIM: The Black Girl Collective.
I created VIM to build something real, a space where Black women can connect, share experiences and create lasting memories. Whether you’re new to a city or looking for community, there’s a place for you here.
Alongside this, I work with brands to bring ideas to life in a way that feels creative, intentional and culturally relevant. From curated experiences to content-led campaigns, everything I do is rooted in connection and powered by community.
