Our events are created for Black women and mixed-race women. Each experience is designed as an intentional space to connect, celebrate, and belong.
We host a mix of curated dinners, seasonal social mixer parties, and one-off activations across the UK and internationally. Every event is designed to feel intimate, intentional, and community-driven.
Pricing reflects the type of event, the venue, the food and drink included, and any added details such as décor, music, and guest experiences. Some events are more luxe and intimate, while others are larger social gatherings.
Absolutely. Our events are welcoming and inclusive. If alcohol is included in your ticket, we’re happy to provide a substitute, just drop us an email.

You won’t need to worry, our events are designed to spark conversation. You’ll be chatting in no time!
Not at all. VIM: BGC is growing and hosting in different cities, and you’re welcome wherever you’re from.
Tickets are non-refundable, but if you let us know at least two weeks before the booking deadline, we’ll do our best to transfer your spot to a future event.
For more intimate, community-led events, the full address and any instructions will be emailed to you up to 48 hours before the event.
At the moment, we focus on one-off curated events. Memberships may return in the future, but the Collective is open to anyone who books a ticket.
Please note that photography and video content will be captured at all VIM: The Black Girl Collective events. This content may be used for our social media, marketing, or future event promotions. By attending, you consent to being included.
